Deal Desk Manager

Role: Deal Desk Manager responsible for managing complex and strategic deals, ensuring efficient deal approval processes, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to structure deals that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Review, analyze, and approve non-standard deals, providing guidance on deal structuring, contract terms, and negotiations. Monitor deal performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization. Maintain knowledge of product offerings, pricing models, and market landscape. Implement policies, procedures, and tools to enhance deal efficiency and compliance. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. 5+ years experience in deal management or similar roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with non-standard deal structuring, contract negotiations, and process improvement. Preferred: Industry experience in CDN/security and knowledge of SaaS and consumption-based pricing models. Key Duties Collaborate cross-functionally, ensure deal compliance, optimize deal processes, and maintain competitive market understanding to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
