Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a specialized legal practice, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be part of the Litigation Department supporting attorneys in complex civil and commercial litigation cases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Location:  Bucks County, PA- Feasterville- Trevose

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000

What's the Job?

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal
• Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production
• Prepare deposition and trial materials, including exhibits and witness files
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case development

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with a strong preference for corporate law background
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms and document management systems
• Ability to understand corporate structures, governance documents, and business records
