Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients and the key link between Field Operations and Company Management, ensuring every account receives the quality and service Mariposa is known for. What you'll do Manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts, coordinating labor, equipment, materials, and company resources in line with our Core Values. Champion safety on every job site, upholding company standards and OSHA regulations for both employees and customers. Prepare and deliver proposals for extra work, and process work orders across all accounts. Serve as a communication bridge, ensuring field teams understand Company goals, policies, and procedures. What you bring Minimum 3 years of landscape maintenance experience. Valid driver's license and insurability under our company policy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Nice to have IA Water Auditor Certification, other landscape industry certifications. Bilingual: English & Spanish What we offer Competitive salary ($80,000 to $95,000 annually) commensurate with experience. Company-sponsored health insurance. 401(k) with company match.
