Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will monitor and respond to voicemail messages for the sales team.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track customer information and sales activity.
Organize client names, phone numbers, and other sales data.
The Administrative Assistant will assist the sales team in preparing for seasonal quote activity.
Provide administrative support while helping the team work through a backlog of customer requests.
The Administrative Assistant will perform general office duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications for Administrative Assistant Role

Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience.
Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a quiet office environment.
Able to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
