Position overview: Porsche Parts Business Operations is a key driver of profitability, customer satisfaction, and dealer efficiency for Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) and its authorized dealer franchise network. Responsibilities include supply chain management, genuine parts sales, dealer support, and communication for the US parts market. This center of competency facilitates genuine parts flow to authorized Porsche dealers, serving retail customers, repair facilities, and collision centers. We seek a contractor to support our growing parts operation serving Porsche vehicles on US roads. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, independent, and flexible in handling priority projects that may change daily. Supporting existing Parts Support Specialists, this role will assist Porsche dealers with parts ordering, supply chain issues, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, including managing parts transactions, ETAs, and orders. Own the dealer support process: manage inquiries and tickets promptly, providing high service levels on topics like parts availability, shipment ETAs, orders, collaboration with warehouse teams, priority orders (VOR), damage claims, and process guidance. Process parts trades between dealers, ensuring proper exchange and financial reconciliation. Manage dealer support tickets efficiently, aiming for quick resolution and high customer satisfaction. Handle escalations with clear communication to relevant parties at PCNA and Porsche AG. Administer inbound parts supply, ensuring proper allocation for campaigns and recalls. Manage special parts returns from dealers and warehouses, ensuring timely shipment per campaign requirements. Track and meet relevant KPIs related to parts support, maintaining high service standards. Perform special projects, reporting, and ad hoc analyses as needed. Be adaptable to market needs, continuously seeking process improvements to enhance dealer support. Education: College degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience. Experience: Recent college graduates with professional and analytical skills, eager to work in an office environment. Skills: Customer-focused with strong advocacy for Porsche dealers. Proficiency in Excel; SAP and BW knowledge a plus. Proactive with project management from conception to implementation. Creative problem-solver with entrepreneurial spirit. Effective cross-functional communicator, especially with Porsche field teams and dealers. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
