This contract opportunity, beginning August 2026 and continuing through June 2027, offers you the chance to work 20-30 hours per week, spread across three days, ensuring a balanced schedule for dedicated professionals.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings highly preferred
• Knowledge of best practices in educational and healthcare/clinical OT
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress reporting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach when working with children in grades K-8

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver individualized OT interventions in alignment with student IEP goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans focused on functional school participation, handwriting, self-care, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate strategies into the classroom
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress in a timely manner
• Guide families and caregivers with home-based strategies to further student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
