Production Assembly Technician

Build and assemble aircraft filtration systems and sheet metal components used in commercial and military rotorcraft. This role involves drilling, riveting, fastener installation, blueprint reading, and mechanical assembly while maintaining high quality standards and accurate documentation.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble sheet metal and filtration system components
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Perform drilling, countersinking, riveting, and fastener installation
• Use hand tools, power tools, drills, and measuring instruments
• Complete production paperwork and quality inspections
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with mechanical assembly, drilling, or riveting preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Recent military veterans and technical school graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, starting at 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM. Overtime may be required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesterfield, MO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Chesterfield,MO.
