This position will provide administrative support to the entire team be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties. Job Title: Administrative Assistant


Compensation: $25/hour


Location: Oregon City, OR


Requirements - What Matters Most
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and utilize available resources to address challenges effectively.
  • Proactive and resourceful, independently researching and identifying solutions to questions and issues as they arise.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Thrive in both collaborative team settings and independent work environments, adapting as needed to achieve team objectives.
  • Quick learner with the ability to master new tools and software and train others to ensure smooth integration and effective use within the team.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing tasks efficiently and with accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Familiarity with accounting or financial processes is a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team inquiries, addressing a range of issues and providing guidance or directing requests to appropriate resources.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including managing attendee availability, booking meeting spaces, and preparing necessary agendas or materials.
  • Arrange travel accommodations such as flights, lodging, and transportation, ensuring itineraries align with schedules and budgets.
  • Handle facility-related needs, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, repairs, and team access, while coordinating with vendors and property management as necessary.
  • Facilitate procurement and distribution of equipment and tools for new team members, ensuring efficient setup and functionality.
  • Oversee the return and inventory of assets from departing employees, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with appropriate departments.
  • Support the tracking and allocation of team vehicles.
  • Assist with special administrative projects as required.
