Theradynamics Physical Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic located in the vibrant city of Irvine, California. Work Environment

Our clinic operates in an onsite outpatient office setting, where team collaboration and patient-focused care are prioritized. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with a 40-hour weekly commitment. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct thorough evaluations, devise treatment plans, and implement effective interventions for patients referred by various physicians.
• Employ evidence-based practices to tackle a wide array of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries.
• Provide continuous assessments and modifications to treatment regimens to ensure optimal patient outcomes, adjusting interventions based on progress.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication with both patients and their families.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient recovery by integrating diverse therapeutic approaches.
• Educate patients and their caregivers, ensuring they understand the treatment process and are actively engaged in their recovery.
• Meet and exceed utilization targets and key performance indicators established by the clinic, contributing to overall business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Theradynamics, our patient demographic is diverse, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, and those rehabilitating from chronic pain or neurologic conditions. Our PTs are trained to provide compassionate care tailored to the specific needs of each patient, fostering trust and encouraging active participation in the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state licensure for physical therapy practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate patient interactions and documentation.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences and skills are preferred:

• Background in acute care or outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Experience with specific patient populations (e.g., athletes, pediatric patients).
• Previous involvement in community outreach or patient education initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
