Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, utilizing a variety of methods to address orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment regimens as required.
• Provide patient education and training to enhance self-management and recovery, ensuring understanding of home exercises and strategies.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service by nurturing strong relationships with each patient and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and maximize recovery outcomes.
• Meet established efficiency and productivity benchmarks, contributing to the overall success of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Theradynamics, you will serve a diverse population of patients, including those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal issues. Your ongoing interactions will enable you to develop meaningful connections, guiding patients through each stage of recovery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with patients and team members.
• Proficient in computer applications and electronic health record systems.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with patients, fostering trust and encouraging their involvement in the rehabilitation process.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
