Work Environment

Our clinic is situated in Huntington Beach, offering a vibrant atmosphere for both patients and staff. As an outpatient office, we provide a welcoming space designed for cutting-edge therapy. The work schedule comprises 40 hours per week, between Monday and Friday, allowing for work-life balance while ensuring ample time to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, ensuring patients achieve optimal recovery goals.
• Administer treatment for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions, adapting techniques to meet individual patient requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the patient's recovery journey, fostering trust and strong relationships.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes through coordinated care and consistent evaluation of progress.
• Consult with patients and their caregivers, educating them about therapy techniques and home exercises to promote independence.
• Achieve departmental goals and participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall effectiveness of the clinic.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with proficiency in computer and word processing skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with patients, fostering trust and commitment to their recovery.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
