Supported by a team of nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. Supported by Nurse Leader DON and CNA's and multi disciplinary departments.Nursing schedule includes:40 hours every two weeksPart time; Evening shiftIncludes every other weekend and holiday rotationResponsibilities:Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care PlanCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesRN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares providedRequired:Current MN RN license or by start dateBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
