Senior FCM Business Developer

About The Role:
Seeking a driven Business Development / Institutional Sales professional to grow U.S. business, build institutional relationships, and generate trading flow across the futures and derivatives markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Grow domestic institutional futures and clearing business
- Identify, source, onboard, and manage new institutional trading clients and including: prop firms, IBs, Hedge funds, CTA/CPOs, commodity trading firms, professional and active futures traders
- Generate commission revenue through futures and derivatives trading activity
- Promote execution, clearing, and risk management solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with active traders and counterparties
- Coordinate with onboarding, risk, compliance, and operations teams
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and new business prospects
- Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and sales efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of futures, derivatives, or institutional sales experience
- Series 3 license required
- Strong industry network preferred
- Knowledge of futures markets and FCMs
- Institutional client experience
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Able to work independently
