Executive Assistant ( Matenity Leave Coverage)

Our client, a professional organization, is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong judgment, proactive organization, and confident communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

• *Job Title:** Executive Assistant
• *Location:** Parsippany, New Jersey
• *Pay Range:** $43-$50/hr
• *6 Month Contract**
• *What's the Job?**

• Provide dependable, proactive executive support to senior leadership during a temporary maternity leave assignment.
• Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts with sound judgment.
• Coordinate travel, itineraries, meetings, expenses, and leadership events while keeping plans organized and up to date.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, correspondence, reports, and meeting materials that help leaders move decisions forward.
• Track decisions, deadlines, and follow-up items across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring nothing slips.

**What's Needed?**

• Minimum 5-8 years of executive support experience, including direct support for senior leaders.
• Strong written communication, prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience handling complex calendars, travel, expenses, and confidential matters with discretion.
• Ability to join a temporary assignment and become effective with a short transition.
