You are a natural connector who is passionate about helping brands scale globally through our unique cross-cultural services. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and outreach to global brands looking to enter China, or Chinese brands looking to expand into the UK/Europe. Pitching: Support the leadership team in preparing pitch decks and presenting our services to prospective clients. Networking: Represent YAY COMMS at industry events and build a robust pipeline of high-quality leads. CRM Management: Maintain and grow our client database, ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales funnel. Who You Are A “people person” with excellent communication and persuasion skills. A self-starter who is comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building. Basic understanding of the marketing agency landscape.
