- Provide emergency medical care to a diverse patient population in a hospital setting
- Assess and treat an average of 36 patients daily with varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with ED RNs and APPs to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document using Meditech EMR system accurately and efficiently
- Participate in onsite orientation prior to your first shift
- Manage inpatient and outpatient cases, including small admissions ( 3/day)
- Support complex cases, including trauma and high-acuity situations
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Must have active medical license in Michigan (or eligible for licensing)
- Prior emergency medicine experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and clinical skills
