Admin Assistant

$24 - $26 per hour

Administrative Assistant

LHH is working with a Pharmaceutical company in Bridgewater, NJ to hire a temporary Administrative Assistant. The hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30AM to 5PM with a 30 minute lunch (32 hour work week). The qualified candidate should have at least one year of corporate Administrative Experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Sit at the front desk and act as the point of contact for anyone coming into the office
  • Manage the booking of meeting rooms
  • Order office and kitchen supplies
  • Assist with AV support for meetings
  • Order lunches for meetings
  • Process expense reports
  • Act as a back up to the executive assistant

Required Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • At least one year of corporate administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to connect with individuals of all levels
  • Ability to work independently

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
