To get you started on the right foot, this position may include an in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility./ppThis position is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities on the night shift to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the raw material quartz processing facility. This role involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations./ppEssential Duties Responsibilities:/pulliSupervise and direct a team of maintenance technicians on the night shift, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations./liliCoordinate and prioritize maintenance activities on the night shift, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs, to minimize downtime and maximize production./liliTroubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions and system failures, and lead the team in performing timely and effective repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems./liliOversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of processing equipment, including crushers, screens, conveyors, mills, and other machinery./liliEnsure that all maintenance work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies./liliConduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential problems and ensure they are in optimal working condition./liliManage the spare parts inventory on the night shift, ensuring that critical parts are readily available and that inventory is accurately tracked./liliCommunicate effectively with the day shift maintenance team, operations personnel, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure a smooth transition between shifts./liliDocument all maintenance activities accurately and completely in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)./liliMonitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance technicians on the night shift, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement./liliAssist the Maintenance and Automation Manager in developing and implementing maintenance strategies, procedures, and best practices./liliParticipate in safety meetings, training programs, and incident investigations as needed./li/ulpQualifications Skills:/pulli3+ years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in a mining, processing, or manufacturing environment./liliStrong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs)./liliAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and technical manuals./liliProficiency in troubleshooting and repairing automated systems and equipment./liliStrong understanding of industrial sensors, actuators, and control devices./liliKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to automation systems./liliExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills./liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./li/ulpMinimum Requirements:/ppEducation: High school diploma or GED/ppExperience: 3+ years of experience in industrial setting, supervisory experience preferred/ppSystems: Basic computer proficiency for programming and documentation/ppCambria Success Factors:/pulliHigh attention to detail/liliReliable and punctual/liliDirect communication/liliSense of urgency in completing work/liliCapable of multitasking/liliWork well both independently and with a team/liliSelf-motivated/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliWork at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings/liliLift up to 60 lbs./liliPush/pull 100 lbs./liliStand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks/liliWear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria/liliParticipate in daily stretch and flex exercises/liliWork in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions/liliWalk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift/liliBend over multiple times throughout shift/li/ulpTask Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:/pulliSteel toed boots/liliHearing Protection/liliSafety glasses/liliCut-proof gloves/liliLatex gloves/liliFace shield/liliHigh visibility vest/liliRespirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.)/li/ulpCambrias starting hourly range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods.
