Full time sautee chef/prep person needed immediately to work on the line and helping prep menu items daily. We are a small but growing family owned Italian restaurant well known in the community for 17 years. We are #1 restaurant in ST Augustine per Tripadvisor reviews.We are seeking a detail oriented person with experience in Italian cuisine This is a great opportunity to learn Italian cuisine from old family recipies. Preparing soups,sauces, Italiian specialties. Pound veal, filet and pound chicken,work on line to sautee dishes, fryer for apps and parmagianas. Set up kitchen for service and break down after dinner service We are hoping to find a detail oriented, hard working individual to join our team and grow with us. We close for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, 4th of JUly, Memorial day and Labor day Do not open for Mothers day, fathers day or Easter Sunday so our staff can enjoy holidays with their familiies Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $20 - $23 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
