What You’ll Do Increase success in Kenra Professional salons and distributor stores within geographic territory of the Upper Midwest, with specific focus on foundational salons and distributor stores Educate and train salons, distributor stores, distributor consultants through dynamic facilitation of virtual & live trainings and meetings Ensure long‑term success of foundation salons through effective implementation of Kenra Professional Loyalty Program Ensure the success of Kenra Professional promotions and initiatives in salons and stores Implement and document weekly and monthly responsibilities in a timely manner Be able to travel up to 50% to support the business Increase overall brand awareness through accurate merchandising of the Kenra Professional brand in points of distribution Manage time, resources, and funds for overall territory in a responsible and effective manner What makes you a good fit 2–5 years of sales experience preferred, or experience in education/stylist-facing roles Strong passion for the beauty industry, paired with a consistently positive and enthusiastic attitude Proactive and results-driven, with proven ability to overcome objections and close opportunities Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on relationship-building and follow‑up Confident presentation and facilitation skills, both one‑on‑one and in group settings Proficiency with CRM platforms to manage pipelines, track activity, and support data‑driven decisions Some benefits of joining Henkel Health Insurance: affordable plans for medical, dental, vision and wellbeing starting on day 1 Work‑Life Balance: Paid time off including sick, vacation, holiday and volunteer time, flexible work policies (depending on role), and vacation buy / sell program Financial: 401k matching, employee share plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares, annual performance bonus, service awards and student loan reimbursement Family Support: 12‑week gender neutral parental leave (up to 20 weeks for parents giving birth), fertility support, adoption & surrogacy reimbursement, discounted child and elderly care, and scholarships Career Growth: diverse national and international growth opportunities, access to thousands of skills development courses, and tuition reimbursement The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 and $75,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
