Who You Are: We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Chief People Officer and our recruitment efforts. This role will assist with scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining hiring databases, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing a positive candidate experience. What You’ll Do: Manage the CPO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments. Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documents on behalf of the CPO. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and answering questions throughout the hiring process. Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist recruiters with sourcing, screening, and coordinating assessments as needed. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring metrics. Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre‑employment documentation for new hires. Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment workflows and ensure best practices are followed. Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and external recruiting agencies to streamline the hiring process.
