Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the symptoms, intensity, and duration of mood disorders in clients, facilitating a deep understanding of their mental health needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to the unique requirements, preferences, and goals of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on prevalent mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Monitor and document client progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure therapy efficacy and meeting individual goals.

Our clients often present with a wide variety of concerns, including mood disorders, communication breakdowns in relationships, and family dynamics struggles, requiring a therapist who is both empathetic and skilled in handling delicate situations.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition, a sign-on bonus of $3,000 is available for qualified candidates.
