With a long-standing reputation for quality, innovation, and execution, this company delivers solutions across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and data center environments.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who wants to take ownership of projects from estimate through completion while working alongside experienced leadership and field teams.Position OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for estimating, pricing, coordinating, and executing projects within a specialized electrical and low voltage division. This role partners closely with leadership while independently managing projects from kickoff through closeout.You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating & Proposal DevelopmentReview project drawings, specifications, and scope to develop accurate estimatesPerform takeoffs and build detailed proposals and bills of materialsCollaborate with leadership on pricing and proposal strategyProject Coordination & ExecutionManage projects from award through completionCoordinate material procurement and vendor engagementOversee submittals, layout drawings, as-builts, and O&M documentationMaintain accurate and organized project recordsChange Order & Cost ManagementDevelop, price, and process change ordersCommunicate scope and cost changes with all stakeholdersEnsure alignment across field teams, clients, and internal departmentsClient & Field CollaborationServe as a key liaison between field teams, general contractors, and clientsSupport scheduling, issue resolution, and project deliveryEnsure expectations are met across all phasesAdministrative & Operational SupportRequest and evaluate supplier quotesSupport procurement and project logisticsParticipate in team meetings, training, and process improvementsQualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GED2+ years of experience in construction, electrical, or low voltage systemsWorking knowledge of: General construction practices (concrete, trenching, underground work)Basic electrical systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with clients and internal teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)PreferredTechnical training or Associate's Degree in: Construction ManagementElectrical or Electronics TechnologyExperience with: Parking/access control systems or gate operatorsBlueprint reading and construction estimatingFamiliarity with project documentation and estimating toolsCompensationBase Salary: $65,000 – $85,000, depending on experienceMonthly Car Allowance: $625 (paid biweekly) Opportunity to increase up to $1,250/month based on travel demandsMileage Reimbursement at standard IRS rateStrong opportunity for career growth and advancementBenefits & PerksEmployee Ownership (ESOP) – share in company successComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer advancement opportunities within a growing organizationOngoing training and professional developmentStable project pipeline across multiple industriesTeam-oriented, safety-first cultureWhy JoinOwn projects from start to finishWork on cutting-edge electrical and access control systemsJoin a stable, growing organization with strong leadershipBe part of a company that invests in long-term careers, not just jobs
