Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable / HR Clerk to join our team!

AR Responsibilities:

• Receivables
• Create and Close Jobs
• Data Entry
• Create and Print Invoices
• Process Credit Card Payments
• Make New Job Folders for Production and Sales
• File All Job Folders

HR Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage employee databases (HRIS), file paperwork, and handle confidential documentation.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations, prepare onboarding materials, and facilitate employee exit procedures
• Recruitment Assistance: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview scheduling
• Other Duties : Support additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

General Responsibilities:

• Strong computer skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers & supervisors
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Perform miscellaneous clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, emailing, and telephone

Required Skills:

• Bilingual
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.
• Proficient in ERP Accounting software
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Compensation & Benefits:
