What Youll Do

• Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with new and existing customers
• Act as a liaison between customer needs and agency services
• Proactively identify opportunities to recommend relevant insurance and financial products
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the client experience
• Contribute to the agencys growth through sales, relationship-building, and follow-up
• Help customers make informed decisions that protect their families, assets, and future
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
