Eclipse Advantage is seeking an On-Site Manager to join our team in Greer, South Carolina. This position involves acting as an extension of our client’s HR team, focusing on recruiting and managing the hourly workforce. Responsibilities include achieving client hiring objectives and managing a multi-shift workforce. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of recruiting experience and at least 1 year of management experience, along with strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
