• Identify and connect with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals

• Learn how to position recruiting and talent solutions to companies across multiple industries
• Consistently meet outreach, activity, and business development goals

• Build relationships with professionals and maintain ongoing communication
• Coordinate interviews and assist throughout the hiring process

• Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and candidates
