About the Role

The Company is in search of an AVP, Data Management to take on a pivotal role in leading the firm's data function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic use of financial data across the platform. This includes overseeing the security master database, driving rigorous validation and reconciliation processes, and developing automated reports and advanced SQL queries to optimize workflows. The role also involves integrating internal and external data sources into seamless systems and identifying process improvements that align with the company's priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial data management, particularly within the investment management or financial services sector, and possess technical fluency in SQL and Excel, with a deep knowledge of data management frameworks and database architectures. Applicants for the AVP, Data Management position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and have extensive experience in financial data management.
