Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations to assess client conditions and diagnoses.

• Providing direct clinical services—both in-person and virtually—to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of each client session, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documents.

• Fostering collaborative relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support services.

• Participating actively in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives aimed at strengthening local community support systems.

• Responding promptly to communications from the Clinical Director, demonstrating professionalism and initiative in all interactions.

Qualifications\n
