Key Responsibilities\n

• Document client progress meticulously to ensure the accuracy of medical records and treatment plans, utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for seamless integration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers around individuals undergoing detoxification and those experiencing mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, often facing complicated life circumstances, such as substance dependency, trauma, and severe emotional distress. Your role as a mental health counselor will be to build rapport and trust, guiding them through their healing journey with empathy and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or crisis intervention role, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic modalities.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is a mandatory requirement for this role.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
