Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapies.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, ensuring approaches are individualized.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, providing a solid foundation for continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must possess a valid license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
