The humans on our customers' teams get to focus on the parts of the job that actually need them.Roles and ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingOwn end-to-end recruiting for open roles across GTM, Product, Engineering, and OperationsSource, screen, and pipeline candidates across all channels — inbound, outbound, referrals, and agenciesConduct structured interviews and coordinate hiring processes from first contact through offerMove quickly without sacrificing quality; maintain a high candidate-to-hire conversion rateRecruiting OperationsBuild and manage our ATS and recruiting workflows from the ground upTrack and report on pipeline metrics, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance ratesDevelop and refine job descriptions, interview scorecards, and evaluation frameworksManage relationships with recruiting agencies and sourcing vendors where neededEmployer Brand & Candidate ExperienceRepresent Uniti AI with passion and authenticity to prospective candidatesCreate a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the interview processPartner with leadership to develop and communicate Uniti AI's employer value propositionHelp build and promote our team culture externally through events, content, and networksBackground and Qualifications3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or venture-backed companyExperience recruiting GTM roles (AEs, SDRs, Marketing) and/or technical roles (engineers, PMs)Hands-on experience with an ATS (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage passive candidatesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; candidates love talking to youAbility to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without dropping the ballBenefitsSalary: $110,000 – $160,000 base, commensurate with experienceMeaningful equity packageFull medical, vision, and dental insuranceHigh level of ownership and direct impact on team growth
