- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Experience with scheduling software (Hosted Time preferred)
- Solid understanding of AHCA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to balance employee needs with facility demands
- Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and nursing assistants
- Partner with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates
- Interpret HR policies for nursing staff; coordinate training schedules with the Director of Nursing
- Adjust schedules as needed to cover callouts, absences, and leaves
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, time off, and recommend corrective actions when necessary
