Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, AL. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Krown Petroleum’s customer base across target markets. Day-to-day tasks include researching market trends, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with prospective and existing clients. The role also involves collaborating with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align offerings with customer needs and company objectives. The Business Development Manager will track sales performance, maintain CRM data, and provide regular reporting and forecasting to leadership while representing the company at industry events and client meetings. Qualifications Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management, with a proven ability to generate and close opportunities. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and manage multiple priorities.
