Senior Oncology Account Manager, Phoenix East

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager for the Phoenix East territory to promote its RAS-targeted oncology portfolio to healthcare providers and drive patient access. Responsibilities
- Promote Revolution Medicines' oncology product portfolio within assigned territory
- Achieve territory performance goals by positioning products for appropriate patient populations
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with oncologists, practices, hospitals, and medical centers
- Analyze market data and implement targeted business plans with optimized customer engagement
- Partner with internal stakeholders to remove barriers to patient access and care
Requirements
- Proven oncology pharmaceutical sales experience with account management success
- Deep understanding of oral oncolytic reimbursement and fulfillment pathways
- Strong knowledge of oncology disease states and competitive landscape
- Territory management and sales planning capabilities with demonstrated results
- Ability to engage customers via virtual and in-person channels effectively
- Professional, ethical, and compliant approach to pharmaceutical promotion
