Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, where you will engage with patients in a warm, welcoming environment. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, providing a consistent schedule that supports a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Motion Menders, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations to assess the needs and conditions of your patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific recovery goals and needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
• Regularly monitor and reassess clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary to meet established goals.
• Document patient progress meticulously through the company's electronic record system, including maintaining accurate SOAP notes and care plans within designated timeframes.
• Educate patients and their families on the recovery process, potential challenges, and strategies to promote independence.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to the business objectives of the organization.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within our facility to optimize care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Embody the core values of Motion Menders and act as an ambassador for our organizational culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a varied patient population, including children, adults, and geriatric clients, with an array of diagnoses from orthopedic conditions to neurological issues. Our therapists are adept at providing care to individuals from diverse backgrounds, making it essential for our PTs to exhibit cultural competency and a strong desire to work with patients of all ages and circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher (Master's or DPT preferred) from an accredited program.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Willingness to provide evaluations and treatments through both in-person sessions and, when clinically appropriate, telehealth services.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a desire to work with a diverse patient demographic.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Certification in specialized modalities or techniques (e.g., orthopedic manual therapy, pediatric therapy, etc.) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Motion Menders offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
