Role Description
Looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented candidate to join our Accounts Receivable team to support our nationwide resorts!
Work Type: Full-time. Hourly. Year-round.
Work Schedule: 9AM-5PM. 40hrs a week. 8-hour shifts.
Location: Fully remote opportunity.

In this role the Accounts Receivable Specialist responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations.
- Processing and monitoring incoming payments.
- Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
- Creating invoices according to company practices and submitting them for approval by management or guests.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.
- Speaking with others using clear and professional language.
- Preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely.
- Answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others.
- Supporting team to reach common goals.
- Listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other associates.
- Complying with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
- Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- At least two years of related experience required.
