Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with patients from the comfort of their homes. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and designed to facilitate seamless interactions between therapists and clients. Working hours are generally Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility available to accommodate patient schedules. We prioritize a collaborative work culture, encouraging communication and teamwork among our staff through regular virtual meetings and consultations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing a combination of clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools to identify individual patient needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate enriching psychoeducational and support groups online to empower patients and foster a sense of community.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, responding effectively to mental health emergencies and ensuring patient safety.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with local and federal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to remain current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse range of patients, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Therapists will encounter patients from varied backgrounds and will be expected to tailor their therapeutic approach to meet each client's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trusting relationships with diverse populations.

• Strong analytical abilities to conduct assessments and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
