Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status through video consultations.

• Design personalized therapeutic plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing both individual and group modalities to cultivate a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Provide clients with actionable tools and techniques to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Refer clients to external healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the individual cultural backgrounds and experiences of your clients will be critical in fostering trust and encouraging successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of experience in mental health counseling.
