IT Service Delivery Manager

Leading the IT Service Delivery function within IT Operations, the full-time remote IT Service Delivery Manager will manage a team responsible for service performance management, vendor oversight, and operational readiness, ensuring IT services align with defined service levels. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage the Service Delivery team, including hiring, performance management, and career development Oversee the execution of the Transition to Service framework, ensuring operational acceptance before production handoff Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and coordinate issue resolution and service reviews Required Qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED with 10+ years of relevant experience 6+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or service management 2+ years of direct people-leadership experience 3+ years of experience with IT Service Transition and ITSM processes 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform
