Title : Rep 2 – Customer Order Management

Location: Vernon Hills, IL 60061 (On-site)
Contract Duration: 03+Months
Education: High School Diploma required
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and expedite customer orders.
Research and resolve order-related issues, discrepancies, and disputes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution.
Communicate with customers and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Work with multiple software systems to manage customer requests and order information.
Support reporting and day-to-day order management activities.

Required Skills:

Good communication and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience or familiarity with SAP.
Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Customer service, order processing, or order management experience is preferred.

Important: This is a fully on-site contract position in Vernon Hills, IL. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site.
