Title: Customer Order Management Representative II

Location: 75 N. Fairway Dr Vernon Hills Illinois 60061

Shift: 1 st Shift

Job Summary

Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting customer orders by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research, and problem/dispute resolution. The role requires working knowledge of business practices, product/service features, and multiple software systems to manage customer requests and resolve routine issues.

Key Responsibilities

Expedite customer orders and coordinate order-related activities.
Act as a liaison for problem-solving, research, and dispute resolution.
Manage customer requests using available systems, tools, and information.
Resolve routine problems and coordinate solutions with alternate sources.
Offer customers alternatives based on available tools and information.
Work with multiple software systems, including Excel, SAP, and Power BI reporting systems.
Apply knowledge of business practices and product/service features to support customer needs.
Complete daily activities under moderate supervision and contribute to team results.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of business practices and procedures.
Experience or knowledge of customer order management and problem resolution.
Ability to work with Excel, SAP, and Power BI or similar reporting systems.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple software systems and customer requests.
Ability to work under moderate supervision and resolve routine issues.
