Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed client assessments to gather information about mental health issues and personal history.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client-specific needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate positive change.

• Regularly monitor client progress towards established therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid, current state license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward all clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management. Additional benefits include administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus more on client care.
