Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to individuals and families through modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational guidelines.

• Engage in regular collaboration with clients to set realistic treatment goals and monitor progress, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure effective treatment.

• Utilize our user-friendly electronic health record system to manage client scheduling, progress notes, and session documentation efficiently.

As a therapist at Everlife, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• You must hold a current, unrestricted license in Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to provide independent therapy services without supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n
