Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools to inform treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing a range of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and employ evidence-based practices to track progress and adjust treatment as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual meetings or have difficulty attending in person, ensuring accessibility to our services.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in line with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to support accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients and their support systems.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy that respects each client’s journey.

• Strong organizational skills that facilitate effective case management and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n
