Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, vital sign assessments, and quick point-of-care tests.
• Coordinate front-desk operations including patient greeting, appointment scheduling, insurance validation, and referral handling.
• Support back-office functions to streamline clinic procedures and enhance efficiency.
• Engage in cross-functional rotations to broaden expertise across clinical, testing, and administrative domains.
• Interact positively with individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide a warm and supportive atmosphere.

Prerequisites

• Active certification as a Medical Assistant (MA-C) in Washington state.
• Possession of valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in phlebotomy.
• Completion of TB screening during the onboarding process.
• Excellent communication abilities and a sincere dedication to patient-focused care.
