Medical Center, a 300‑bed acute care hospital serving nearly 200,000 residents in the Tri‑Cities and surrounding counties of central and southern Virginia, is actively recruiting a hospital‑employed, Board Certified General Surgeon. The center’s staff includes nearly 400 physicians across 40+ specialties and offers the latest technology in emergency, trauma, advanced imaging, general and minimally invasive surgery, cardiac, orthopedic, thoracic, urology, gynecology, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics, cancer treatment, wound care, behavioral health, gastroenterology, pain management, and more. Responsibilities Perform all aspects of General Surgery. Provide call coverage ranging from 1:3 to 1:4. Utilize office space equipped with three examination rooms.
