Human Resources Business Partner

Partner with leadership to develop and maintain competitive compensation programs Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analyses Support annual compensation planning, including merit increases, promotions, bonus programs, and salary adjustments Analyze compensation data and trends and provide recommendations to leadership Maintain job descriptions and support job evaluation and classification processes Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and wellness programs Serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries and issue resolution Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, employee communications, and educational sessions Partner with benefits brokers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators Provide managers guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development Coach leaders on employee engagement, talent management, and leadership development Support investigations and resolution of employee concerns and workplace issues Assist with HR policies, procedures, and best practices Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and recruitment Maintain employee records and HRIS data in ADP Workforce Now Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports Ensure compliance with employment laws and participate in audits and compliance reviews Support special projects and HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required 5-8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience in compensation and benefits administration Experience serving as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting managers and employees Experience with salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and benefits program administration required Strong understanding of compensation structures, market pricing, and total rewards programs Working knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency Experience with ADP Workforce Now and reporting tools Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in compensation and benefits administration, including market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compliance with employment laws.
