Customer Outreach Specialist

To support a growing initiative in energy efficiency, the part-time Customer Outreach Specialist will conduct high-volume outbound phone and email outreach to engage business, institutional, and commercial customers, scheduling qualified meetings for Energy Advisors in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume cold outreach to build a qualified sales pipeline and maintain customer engagement Utilize CRM systems to organize customer information, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-ups Participate in training programs to enhance outreach skills and knowledge of energy efficiency Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in outbound sales development, customer outreach, or a similar customer-facing role Strong interest in energy efficiency and sustainability Ability to effectively use CRM systems and leverage AI tools for customer engagement Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent organization skills Bilingual abilities are a plus
