Sr. Distribution Administrator

The Sr. Distribution Administrator will be responsible for coordinating daily distribution and dispatch operations while ensuring efficient load planning, shipment scheduling, and communication with internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting transportation and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound and inbound dispatch activities.

• Build and schedule transportation loads to support daily operations.

• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates with internal teams.

• Maintain accurate distribution records using email and Excel.

• Support transportation and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Resolve dispatch-related issues while maintaining efficient workflow.

• Provide excellent verbal and written communication with team members and stakeholders.

• Follow company procedures while supporting daily distribution activities.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in distribution, dispatch, or logistics operations.

• Strong knowledge of transportation and load-building processes.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and email.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in a team-oriented environment.
